Hi, I'm Jade (he/him), founder of The Onyx Consultancy.
I've always been the person who enjoys figuring out how things work, finding practical solutions, and creating order from complexity. Over the years, that has led me through a variety of operational, administrative and leadership roles, supporting businesses through growth, change and day-to-day challenges.
What I've learned is that most businesses don't need more complexity. They need systems that make sense, processes that work, and someone reliable who can step in and help keep things moving.
That's ultimately why I started The Onyx Consultancy.
I wanted to create a service that provides practical, flexible support without unnecessary layers, rigid structures, or one-size-fits-all solutions.
